So, we haven't tried this yet, because we can't decide if we want to be brave and try lamb chops. Neither of us have ever had them! So, I'm posting this in case we ever decide to be brave...It's meant for the George Foreman grill...and 1/2 tsp of dried rosemary can be substituted for the fresh stuff. Ingredients:
4 lamb chops, shoulder or 4 lamb chops, loin |
2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped |
ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Coat chops with rosemary and pepper. 2. Preheat the grilling machine for 3-5 minute. 3. Close lid and cook for 5 min for med or 7 min for well done. 4. Serve immediately. |
