Ingredients:
4 rosemary sprigs |
1/2 cup honey |
1 tablespoon unsalted butter |
1 pinch each of salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Tie 3 rosemary sprigs together with kitchen twine and use as a brush to slather this fragrant honey over everything from biscuits to chicken. Bring 1/2 cup honey, 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, 1 rosemary sprig, and a pinch each of salt and pepper to a simmer in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Remove from heat and let steep for 30 minutes before serving. Dip the rosemary brush into the honey and use to drizzle over the chicken. |
