3 tablespoons minced shallots |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary |
1 1/2 tablespoons crushed green peppercorns |
1/2 cup red wine vinegar |

Directions:
1. Combine minced shallots, chopped fresh rosemary, crushed green peppercorns, red wine vinegar, and salt, and chill the shallot mixture for 30 minutes. Serve with oysters. |
