Rosemary Garlic Grilled Steak |

This recipe came from the newspaper 10 years ago and makes a great steak. Ingredients:
2 lbs sirloin steaks, about 1 1/4 inch thick |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried rosemary) |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Marinate for 1 hour at room temp or 4 hours in fridge. 2. Sprinkle with salt just before grilling. 3. Grill 5-6 min per side for medium rare. 4. Let stand 5 min before slicing on the diagonal. 5. Good with Rib Grilling Steaks as well. |
