Rosemary Garlic Garnished Baked Potatoes |

I served this as a side for vegetarian chilly over white rice. Ingredients:
4 potatoes |
2 steams of fresh rosemary |
2 garlic heads chopped |
peppercorn medley to taste |
salt to taste |
red crushed pepper (optional) |
Directions:
1. Cut Potatoes in half then slice in wedges about 5-6 per potato. 2. place them in a oiled baking tray. 3. cover with rosemary, chopped garlic, peppercorn, red pepper and salt. pour olive oil over it. 4. Serve topped with, Sour Cream and fresh green onions and pastured-grazed white cheddar. 5. I use Benissimo Mediteranian garlic olive oil. 6.
