rosemary/lemon pepper chicken Ingredients:
12 ounce chicken - breast, fillets, skinless & boneless, raw |
2 tblsp olive oil |
1 tblsp lemon pepper |
1/2 tblsp rosemary |
1/4 cup onion, chopped |
Directions:
1. mix olive oil, lemon pepper, lemon pepper, rosemary, and onion in a bowl 2. coat chicken with mixture 3. spray skillet with non-stick cooking spray 4. sear chicken on both sides (med high heat) 5. reduce heat to medium, continue cooking chicken until 165 degrees, or no longer pink (about 15 minutes) I covered to keep moist (can turn down heat a bit that way) remove cover to brown. |
