My guests devoured a whole bowlful in a matter of minutes. They are addictive! and I don't even like cashews all that much. Ingredients:
1 lb roasted unsalted cashews. * i used the salted roasted ones that come in a can. |
2 tb minced fresh minced rosemary leaves |
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper |
2 tsp light brown sugar |
1 tb kosher salt * do not add this if you bought salted roasted cashews |
1 tb unsalted butter, melted |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 2. Spread cashews on cookie pan and bake for about 5 mins until warm 3. In a large bowl, combine rosemary, cayenne, brown sugar, *salt, and butter. 4. Thoroughly toss the warm cashews with the spiced butter and serve warm. |
