ROSEMARY CARROTS AND MUSHROOMS This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Hartford Estate in Mesquite Texas in 1991. Ingredients:
2 pounds carrots scraped and sliced diagonally into coins |
1 large package mushrooms thinly sliced |
1 tablespoon rosemary |
1/2 cube butter |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer covered until tender about 10 minutes. |
