Easy unique way to eat squash!
Ingredients:
1/4c brown sugar
1 tb fresh rosemary leaves, chopped
sea salt & freshly ground pepper
1 cube butter
1 butternut squash, cubed
Directions:
1. In a large bowl mix the brown sugar, rosemary, salt, pepper and butter. Cut until crumbly. Add cubed squash and stir until mixed. Lay out on roasting pan and roast 30-40 min until sqush is soft. Serve.
