This is my dad's little creation, simple yet fantastic way of sprucing up baked potatoes. Ingredients:
4 baking potatoes |
4 rosemary sprigs |
olive oil |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Scrub each potato. 2. Using an apple corer, cut a hole lengthwise through the potato. 3. Rub some olive oil on the potato skins. 4. Sprinkle on some salt and pepper to taste. 5. Insert a small sprig of rosemary into the holes you cut in the potatoes. 6. Wrap in foil, bake in a 400 degree oven for about an hour, or BBQ for about the same amount of time, just as you would normally. 7. Serve and enjoy! |
