A great snack for the hoildays. Ingredients:
2 cups blanched whole almonds |
1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine, melted |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon cayenne |
2 teaspoons rosemary, crushed |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Mix all ingredients in a shallow pan. 3. Roast for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned. 4. Drain on absorbent paper, cool. |
