This dip is great for weddings and bridal showers, as well as potlucks. I know the rosebuds sound a little strange. But the people at my old office just loved this. Ingredients:
1 package cream cheese |
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese |
1/4 cup green pepper, finely chopped |
1 tablespoon onion, finely chopped |
2 teaspoons chopped pimiento |
1 dash ground red pepper |
1 package rosebuds or 1 package rose hips |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except rosebuds.
2. Mix until well blended.
3. Chill.
4. Shape into a log.
5. Decorate with Rosebuds and serve with crackers.
