The perfect cake to serve at a high tea Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened |
1 1/2 cups butter |
3 cups sugar |
6 eggs |
3 tablespoons rose water |
3 cups flour, sifted |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Grease and flour a bunt pan. 3. Whip cream cheese and butter until fluffy. 4. Add sugar and beat. 5. Add eggs, one at a time; beat well after each addition. 6. Add rosewater and flour. Mix thoroughly. Pour into prepared pan. 7. Bake for 1 1/2 hours. |
