I found this on another site and it sounded so interesting! I'm posting this for Zaar World Tour 5 for the Carribbean. Ingredients:
4 leaves fresh basil |
20 rose petals (or 2 tablespoons rose water) |
1/2 cup olive oil |
salt and pepper (to taste) |
lemon juice (to taste) |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1/2 cup raspberry vinegar |
Directions:
1. Julienne the basil & rose petals. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well, chill & serve. |
