Rosalie Summer Salad

I'm not sure how to describe this salad other then AWESOME. A friend of the family (Rosalie) makes this salad every summer for get togethers and is always my favorite.
Ingredients:
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped red onion
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 (11 ounce) can white shoepeg corn
1 (15 ounce) can le seuer peas
1 (15 ounce) can french style green beans
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon water
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix Celery, Red Onions, Bell Pepper, Shoepeg Corn, Peas and French style Green Beans.
2. In a sauce pan, mix sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, water and bring to a boil.
3. Let it cool a bit then add it to the vegetable bowl and stir together.
4. Refrigerate until cool then your good to go.
