Wonderfully easy roquefort dressing! Yummy!!!! This is a recipe of my mom's that she used to make back in the 1970s. Ingredients:
24 ounces buttermilk |
32 ounces mayonnaise (real mayo) |
12 ounces blue cheese (maytag is the best) |
1 tablespoon garlic powder |
24 ounces sour cream |
2 tablespoons salt |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
fresh ground pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients by hand. 2. You can use more or less garlic powder depending on how much you like it. 3. Add freshly ground pepper. |
