Roquefort Cheese Meatballs |

These are wonderfully different. Try them at your next party. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef |
1 (3 ounce) package roquefort cheese, crumbled |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1/4 cup butter |
1/2 cup burgundy wine |
Directions:
1. Combine the beef, cheese, and seasonings; mix well. 2. Shape into balls and brown in butter, turning to brown all sides. 3. Add the wine and cover. 4. Cook for 3-5 minutes. |
