ROQUEFORT CHEESE DRESSING This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Baker Estate in Sachse Texas in 1987. Ingredients:
2 cups mayonnaise |
1/2 cup buttermilk |
1/2 cup evaporated milk |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon garlic salt |
4 ounces roquefort cheese crumbled |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except cheese until well blended then add cheese.
2. Store in a covered glass container and refrigerate.
