Perfect on top of a grilled steak, baked potatoes, or just about anything else. Ingredients:
4 ounces roquefort cheese, crumbled or 4 ounces blue cheese |
2 tablespoons butter, unsalted, softened |
1 garlic clove, chopped |
1 teaspoon dry mustard |
1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl untl well combined. 2. Spoon atop food just as serving to prevent excessive melting. |
