This is an amazing salad dressing. Enjoy. Ingredients:
2 ounces garlic crushed |
1 ounce fresh basil chopped |
1 ounce shallots chopped fine |
8 ounces balsamic vinegar |
12 ounces olive oil blended with 12 ounces peanut oil |
8 ounces crumbled roquefort cheese |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Place garlic, shallots, fresh chopped basil in a stainless-steel bowl. 2. Add in balsamic vinegar then whisk in oils and add in chunky Roquefort. 3. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. 4. Chill until ready to use. |
