2 of my favoritve things!!! Ingredients:
4 pork chops |
3 (8 ounce) cans root beer |
1 cup beef stock |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
1/2 teaspoon chipotle hot sauce |
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce |
Directions:
1. Place pork chops in a dish and pour 2 cans of root beer ove them. 2. Place in fridge and let marinate for at least 2 hours. 3. Remove from fridge and place the last can of root beer, beef stock, hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce in a sauce pan over medium heat. 4. Simmer the mix until it reduces until about 3/4 cup. 5. Grill the pork chops. 6. Brush with the sauce onto the chops and grill for a couple more minutes. 7. Remove from grill and brush any remaining sauce onto them. |
