This is another one from the American Diabetes Association that is a guilt free indulgence. Great not only for diabetics or dieters, but anyone who wants to remember their childhood without all the fat and calories Ingredients:
1/2 cup nonfat milk |
6 ounces diet root beer |
1/4 cup low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt |
3/4 cup ice cube |
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Place all in a blender or food processor. 2. Blend 30 seconds or until smooth. 3. Pour into 2 glasses and enjoy. |
