                    This one is another fine rooibos based tea blend.   Anyway, this tea is best hot.  Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1 teaspoon rooibos tea bag  |  
                                                1/4 teaspoon dried orange peel  |  
                                                1/4 teaspoon lemon verbena  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Assemble all the ingredients and place in a tea ball. Note: If you don't own a tea ball, then you can put the ingredients directly in the water and then strain out later. Note that I was forced by  to list the rooibos as  rooibos tea bags  but I actually used loose leaf tea. 2. Place tea ball in hot water and steep for 10 minutes.                              |
