Bring your regular Tuna fish to the next level .Great for sandwiches. wonderful over salads.No mayo' or eggs. Try it also as a filler for pockets or as a dip. Also as a take-with meal for travelling and cold picnics Ingredients:
1 can of tuna |
2 pickled cucumbers |
juice of 1 lemon. |
1 ripe tomato |
2 splashes of ketchup |
Directions:
1. Chop tomatoes & cucumbers into tiny pieces. 2. Add Tuna lemon juice and ketchup. 3. Mix well. 4. Tastes even better if you let it sit in the fridge for a few hours. |
