Simple have them ready to pop in the oven and 6 minutes later they are ready. If Rondele cheese is not available in your area other herbed/garlic cream cheese can be substituted Ingredients:
1/2 lb fresh mushrooms, stems removed and cleaned |
1 (4 ounce) package rondele garlic & herb spreadable cheese |
1/4 cup fresh crab |
1 tablespoon parsley |
2 tablespoons dry sherry |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except mushrooms, mix well. 2. Stuff the caps. 3. Broil 5-8 minutes until brown. 4. Serve warm. |
