Cold Rum Souffle Ingredients:
6 egg yolks |
2/3 cups sugar |
1-1/2 envelopes gelatin |
1/2 cup rum |
2 cups whipping cream,whipped |
Directions:
1. Beat egg yolks with sugar. 2. Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water. 3. Put gelatin in double boiler. 4. Add egg mixture,stirring constantly until mixture begins to gel. 5. Allow to cool. 6. Fold in whipped cream. 7. Garnish with additional whipped cream,shaved chocolate,and slivered almonds,if you wish. |
