This light and creamy dressing is made with a few stapes in your fridge. Ingredients:
1/4 c sour cream |
2 tb fresh lemon juice |
1 tb shredded or grated parmesan cheese |
1 tsp dijon mustard salt and black pepper to taste |
2 c chopped romaine lettuce |
Directions:
1. Whisk together all ingredients except salt,pepper and lettuce. Season with salt and pepper. Toss with lettuce to coat. |
