Romaine hearts with a tasty goat cheese dressing with bacon. Ingredients:
2 slices bacon,thinly sliced crosswise |
3oz. fresh goat cheese,room temperature |
1/4c milk |
1tbs white-wine vinegar |
2 hearts romaine lettuce,halved lengthwise. |
Directions:
1. In skillet,cook bacon over medium heat,stirring occasionally till brown and crisp 8 to 10 mins. Transfer to paper-towel lined plate. 2. In a bowl,whisk the cheese milk and vinegar;season with salt and pepper. Drizzle romaine with dressing and top with bacon. |
