I discovered this recipe last year, on a cookie site from one of our local radio stations. They take about 5 minutes to make, and they disappear so fast that I can never seem to make enough. For something so simple, the flavor is great! Read more ! Ingredients:
48 rolo candies, unwrapped (rolos are small round caramels dipped in chocolate) |
48 pretzel rings |
48 whole pecans |
Directions:
1. No need to grease the cookie sheet – just lay the pretzel rings out on it, and place a Rolo candy on top of each ring. 2. Bake at 350 degrees for 3 minutes (no more or you will have a melted mess!). 3. Remove pan from oven and immediately place a whole pecan on each Rolo and gently push it down just a bit. 4. Allow the candies to cool on the cookie sheet, letting the chocolate harden back up again before removing them to a storage container. |
