Rusian fritters… Ingredients:
3 eggs |
1 cup cream |
2 tsp. baking powder |
1 tsp. salt |
3 1/2 - 4 cups flour |
Directions:
1. Beat together eggsand cream. 2. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Add a little more of flour if necesary to make a soft dough wich can be rolled out. 3. Roll on floured borrad to 1/4” thicknss. Cut in 2x4”recangles. Cut slip in each, and fry in 1/2”hot oil until browned Turning once. Drain on absorbent paper. 4. Sprinke wth powdered sugar or salt as desired. |
