This was a good cake Ingredients:
1/2 cup margarine |
3 tablespoons cocoa |
1/2 cup rolled oats |
1 cup boiling water |
1 1/2 cups brown sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 cup flour |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
2 eggs, beaten |
Directions:
1. Mix first 4 ingredients. 2. Let stand to cool for a few minutes. 3. Add next ingredients in order. 4. Mix well. 5. Pour into 8x8 inch greased cake pan. 6. Bake for 40 minutes in 350 degree oven. |
