These rolled biscuits are delicious with watermelon. If you want, you can spread jam or syrup on top of the biscuits for variety! Ingredients:
1/2 cup margarine (melted) |
1 cup sour cream |
6 eggs |
2 teaspoons salt |
2 teaspoons baking powder (rounded) |
4 -5 cups flour |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Add enough flour to make soft dough, but don't over mix it. Roll out onto a lightly floured surface until about 1/4 thick and cut into 3 x 5 strips. Deep fry for 2 - 3 minutes until golden brown. |
