2 tablespoons salad oil |
1 lb ground beef |
1 onion, large, chopped |
2 green peppers, cut in strips |
1 (28 1/2 ounce) can stewed tomatoes |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
4 zucchini, small |
Directions:
1. Pour oil into 350 degree electric fry pan. Add beef; brown slightly. Add onion; continue cooking until brown. Add green peppers and tomatoes; bring to boil. Add salt and pepper. Slice zucchini and add to mixture. Cover and cook until tender. (Especially good with cornbread). |
