Rogene's Knorr Spinach Dip |

Rogene hollows out a bulb of bread and serves this inside, with the bread on the side. Ingredients:
1 1/2 ounces knorr vegetable soup mix |
1 1/2 cups sour cream |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed |
1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts, chopped |
3 cups green onions, chopped |
Directions:
1. Stir together the soup mix, sour cream and mayonnaise together until well blended. 2. Squeeze the spinach dry and stir into the wet mixture. 3. Next stir in water chestnuts and green onions. 4. Cover and chill for 2 hours before serving. |
