This recipe produces a nice flaky crust for any pie. Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
1 cup shortening |
1/2 cup ice water |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Mix the ingredients together and press into either 2 pie shells or use as a top and bottom. 2. Bake at 425 degrees for 8-10 min. |
