I make breakfast potatoes like this all the time-I did not know they were Swiss! Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter |
1 teaspoon chopped onion |
1 slice bacon, chopped |
1 cup hash brown potatoes, cooked |
Directions:
1. Heat butter in a skillet over medium high heat. 2. Add onion and bacon and saute for 4 minutes. 3. Add hash browns and press down. 4. Brown well, flip, press and brown to crisp. |
