1 lb ground beef |
3 cups raw potatoes, diced |
2 tablespoons shortening |
1 cup celery, sliced |
1 (10 ounce) can campbell condensed golden mushroom soup |
1/2 cup water |
1/2 cup chili sauce |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
pepper, generous dash |
Directions:
1. In skillet, brown beef nin shortening with potatoes and celery, stir to separate meat. 2. Pour off fat. 3. Add remaining ingredients. 4. Cover; simmer 10 minutes. 5. Stir oftne. |
