Easy to prepare but tastes like you fussed! When I made these for my birthday treat at work I had to make an extra pan for the next day for all the other people who wanted to try them! Ingredients:
1 pkg, fudge brownie mix, 13 x 9 size, pick your favorite |
1/3 c water |
1/4 c oil |
1egg |
1 c (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips or chunks |
2, 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese softened |
1&1/2 c powdered sugar |
1 t. vanilla |
1c salted cashews coarsely chopped |
1/3 c toffee chips |
1/2 c hot fudge topping, warmed |
Directions:
1. Combine first four ingredients in bowl mixing just until moist. 2. Stir in chocolate chips. 3. Pour into greased 13 x 9 cake pan. 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 27 minutes. 5. Cool. 6. ************ 7. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla in large bowl until smooth. 8. Spread on top of cooled brownies. 9. Sprinkle with chopped cashews and toffee chips. 10. Drizzle warm topping over cream cheese frosting. 11. Refrigerate before cutting. 12. Store leftover brownies in the fridge-if there are any left! Enjoy! |
