A Nigella Lawson recipe that's so easy to make that kids love to do it. You can either eat these as they are, which I mostly do or chop them up and stir into slightly softened vanilla or chocolate ice cream. Add on the time to cool as this depends on the envionment but doesn't take very long at all. Ingredients:
200 g milk chocolate |
25 g dark chocolate |
75 g brazil nuts |
75 g mini marshmallows |
Directions:
1. Melt the chocolate in either a microwave or in a bowl that's suspended over a pan of simmering water. 2. Roughly chop the brazil nuts, then mix everything together. 3. Drop heaped teaspoons onto a lined baking sheet and leave to cool in a cold place, though not the fridge if at all possible cos the chocolate won't be so shiny. |
