Chocolate, marshmallow goodness!! Ingredients:
1 12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips |
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk |
2 tblsp. butter or margarine |
2 cups dry-roasted peanuts (or your choice) |
1 (101/2 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows |
Directions:
1. In top of double-boiler, over boiling water, melt chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk and butter, remove from heat 2. In large bowl, combine nuts and marshmallows. 3. Fold in chocolate mixture. 4. Spread in wax-paper lined 13x9-inch pan. 5. Chill 2 hours or until firm. 6. Remove from pan, peel off wax-paper, cut into squares. 7. Cover and store at room temperature. |
