Turning the classic rockey road into a muffin,a lovely tasty treat for all the ones with a sweet tooth!! Ingredients:
1/4 c milk |
1 egg |
1 c natural yogurt |
50g butter,melted |
2 c flour |
1 tsp baking powder |
1/2 c sugar |
1/2 c small marshmallows |
1/2 c roughyl chopped chocolate |
1/2 c of peanuts |
1/2 c jubes or any jelly type lolly |
Directions:
1. Mix milk,egg,yogurt and butter
2. Add remaining ingredients and mix until just combined
3. Spoon into well greased muffin pans and bake at 180 C for 12-15 mins
4. HINT:
5. Top with icing made from 1 Tblspn each cocoa,butter and milk heated together and mixed with sufficient icing sugar to make a paste.Place marshmallows or jubes in icing before it sets.
