This makes enough to frost a 9x13-inch cake. (Although you'll be tempted to just eat it out of the bowl!!!)
Ingredients:
2 squares unsweetened chocolate
2 cups minature marshmallows
1/4 cup water
1 stick butter
2 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup finely minced peanuts or walnut meats
Directions:
1. In a saucepan, place chocolate, 1 cup of marshmallows, water and butter.
2. Heat over low heat until well blended.
3. Cool slightly.
4. Add sugar and vanilla.
5. Beat until smooth and slightly thick, about 2-3 minutes.
6. Stir in remainder of marshmallows and the nuts.
