This is an extremely easy fudge recipe that can be adapted to your tastes. I like it with mint, but butterscotch is great too! Could probably be done in the microwave! Recipe from my friend Velma's grandmother! Read more ! Ingredients:
1 c. butterscotch (or mint) chips |
1 c. chocolate chips (i used 60% cocao, but semi-sweet is fine) |
14 oz condensed milk |
2 c. nuts (walnuts, pecans or peanuts, optional) |
2 c. marshmallows. |
Directions:
1. Melt the chips together. 2. Stir in Condensed Milk. 3. Add nuts. 4. Stir in marshmallows, don't stir too much or they will melt! 5. Pour into a greased or lined 9x9 pan. 6. Cool, slice, enjoy! |
