I haven't tried this yet, I just found this tucked in a box I bought at a charity auction. Sounds good though. Ingredients:
1/2 c. butter |
1/4 c. powdered cocoa |
1/3 c. buttermilk |
4 c. powdered sugar |
1/2 c. mini marshmallows |
chopped peanuts, enough to cover top of cake |
Directions:
1. Combine podwered sugar and marshmallows in a mixing bowl, set aside.
2. Combine butter, cocoa and buttermilk in a small pan and bring to a boil.
3. Pour over sugar and marshmallows, beat until smooth.
4. Spread on cake and top with layer of chopped nuts, pressing lightly into frosting.
