From Real Living magazine - freezing time is not included in prep time. Ingredients:
1 liter chocolate ice cream |
250 g mini marshmallows |
1 cup unsalted peanuts |
100 g mars bars |
8 ice cream, cones |
Directions:
1. Soften ice cream on bench for 15 minutes. 2. Chop Mars Bars up into little bits. 3. Transfer ice cream to a big bowl, beat till slushy. 4. Mix in mini marshmallows, peanuts and Mars Bar bits. 5. Cover with plastic wrap and re freeze till firm - about one hour. 6. Scoop into cones. |
