One of my grandmother's favorites, her recipe. Ingredients:
1 (12 ounce) package semisweet chocolate morsels |
1/2 cup butter |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) package regular mini marshmallows |
1 cup finely chopped pecans or 1 cup walnuts |
Directions:
1. Combine chocolate and buttr in top of a double boiler; bring water to a boil.
2. Reduce heat to low; cook until chocolate melts. Cool to lukewarm.
3. Stir in marshmallows and pecans.
4. Shape into 2 rolls 2 inches in diameter. Chill. Slice into 1/2 inch slices.
