DELICIOUS BROWNIE BET YOU CANT JUST EAT ONE. HA HA . Ingredients:
1/2 cup ( i stick ) butter |
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder |
1 cup sugar |
1/2 cup all- purpose flour |
1/4 cup buttermilk |
1 egg |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 cup miniature marshmellows |
1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts |
1 cup ( 6 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES F. 2. LIGHTLY GREASE 8 INCH SQUARE PAN 3. COMBINE BUTTER AND COCOA IN MEDIUM SAUCEPAN OVER LOW HEAT, STIRRING CONSTANTLY UNTIL SMOOTH. 4. REMOVE FROM HEAT; STIR IN SUGAR, FLOUR, BUTTERMILK, EGG AND VANILLA. 5. MIX UNTIL SMOOTH. 6. SPREAD BATTER EVENLY IN PREPARED PAN. 7. BAKE 25 MINUTES OR UNTIL CENTER FEELS DRY;( DO NOT OVER BAKE OR BROWNIES WILL BE DRY). 8. REMOVE FROM OVEN;SPRINKLE WITH MARSHMELLOWS AND WALNUTS AND CHOCOLATE CHIPS, RETURN TO OVEN FOR 3 MINUTES OR JUST ENOUGH UNTIL TOPPING IS WARMED ENOUGH TO MELT SOME. 9. COOL IN PAN ON WIRE RACK 10. CUT INTO 2 INCH SQUARES 11. MAKES 16 BROWNIES |
