This is one of our favorite candies at Christmas.
Ingredients:
12 oz pkg chocolate chips (nestle)
14 oz can eagle brand milk
2 tbsp butter
2 cups pecans, ground
10 1/2 oz pkg marshmallows
Directions:
1. In top of double boiler, over boiling water, melt chocolate chips, eagle brand milk and butter.
2. Remove from heat.
3. In large bowl combine pecans and marshmallows.
4. Fold in chocolate mixture.
5. Spread in wax paper lined 9x13 inch pan.
6. Chill for 2 hours or unti firm.
7. Remove from pan, peel was paper off.
8. Cut ito squares, cover and store at room temperature.
