This is a great salad.The celery adds a bit of crunch. Ingredients:
4 cups cooked rice |
1/3 cup bacon bits |
1 cup sliced celery |
1 cup cooked peas |
1/4 cup finely chopped chives |
1/4 cup chopped pimiento |
1/2 cup italian dressing |
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. In large bowl combine all ingredients. 2. Mix well. |
