This recipe comes from an old friend who enjoys putting a little kick in her cooking. It's great served warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. Ingredients:
1 unbaked pie shell |
2 eggs |
1 cup sugar |
1 cup chopped walnuts |
1/4 cup bourbon |
1/2 cup melted butter |
1/2 cup plain flour |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 2. Cream butter and sugar. 3. Add eggs and mix well. 4. Add flour and stir. 5. Mix in remaining ingredients. 6. Pour mixture into pie shell. 7. Bake for 40 minutes. |
